Hahaha I feel this, for me, I use the simplest way to make a list (aka just Notes app on my phone, it has an option to checkmark things) bc I know that using anything more fancy or elaborated would make me distracted too manage it 😅

I started doing seasonal to-do lists to keep track on both con preparations and general current tasks I need to tackle and nothing helps me more to stay on track of things and keep myself motivated even when tired as being able to look at the list and cross more positions.

Honestly to-do lists are lifesavers, especially for people like me easily overwhelmed by things and with not so great memory. I get to see exactly what I need to do.
