‘Slow Horses’ Maker See-Saw Adapting ‘Lovejoy’ Novels For TV 30 Years After Popular BBC Series Starring Ian McShane 'Lovejoy', the BBC show, is returning To TV from See-Saw Films 30 years after the end of the Ian McShane starring drama about an antiques dealer.

Just my very humble opinion but given what happened to Bergerac and Maigret (and vice versa), I'm not looking forward to watching it.

#OnThisDay in 1976: 𝘽𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝘿'𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙤/𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧 debuted on ABC. A Streets of San Francisco spinoff starring Paul Sorvino, it ran 12 episodes, earned mixed reviews, vanished in the U.S.—but hit #1 on the BBC in Britain.

I find this rare Young Ones publicity photo of the infamous Fifth Housemate more unsettling than the brief glimpses we get of them on screen. It's the fact that this mysterious ghostly presence is out there front and centre, *staring* at us. Brrrr.
