During COVID we were selling our flat. The buyers solicitor had a message (I paraphrase) ‘I’m not in the office and will not pick up messages. I will also not be picking up emails’. They were supposed to be working. Finally got the sale over the line but took 2 years to tidy up silly loose ends

The first time it happened to me. About 30 years ago in a pub in Greenwich. I must’ve been around 30. My 50 yo husband found it hysterical.

I sort of think it’s worse than that. They stick a pill on a RW FB page and as the ‘gay’ members to vote. I’m sort of surprised it isn’t higher. All those ‘newly out’ gay people voting.

Not sure how to put this into words.

For me the easiest is to set up a list and add the people you want to interact with. I spend 90% of my time on my ‘Fabulousness’ list. Someone else commented about setting notifications for individual is messy and I totally agree.

I sort of miss those times. They were weird but the way people pulled together. We lived in SE London and all of a sudden the local coffee shops/delis became centre of the community.
