I have a cyanotype and ceramics show up right now at Grady Goods at 976 Barret Ave through Sunday, June 29th.
Two pieces I worked on last night. Part of the effect on these is from having painted the paper weeks ago and not fully protecting the pages from light before using them. Now that I see what that does, I can hopefully recreate the same effect on purpose.

Gorgeous!
Incredible
Ooh I like this one
“Epidemic” inspired by the difficulties I’ve seen friends face from drug use, STD’s, the quarantine of 2020, the wildness that is current life around the world with emotional/physical/spiritual dis-ease. Inspired by a lifetime of flashbacks.

Gorgeous. I worked there as a performer for several years and never saw any ghosts. But I’m also not the type to believe dust specs are magical orbs. Some areas do have creepy vibes though. Like where they stored deceased people.
With the Fred Mertz pants on, he’s ready for anything!
Ran out of watercolor paper for cyanotypes so, I used some pages from a book of maps from 1965. This one has Atlas holding up the world. This is right after exposure and before development.
Running out of your old supplies leads to creativity and I’m excited for the future of my work now.
