This is the same social work supervisor who wanted me to “do whatever” the doctors say in clinic. I’m a mental health clinician who gets consulted for my expertise and if I don’t agree on what they recommend, then I’m always saying NO and using my best clinical judgment (per ethics).

And yes, I will be telling him again that he sucks IN writing on my way out.

I’ve always been the type of person to not let you sit and run with something that isn’t fact in relation to me. If that makes me angry, opinionated, outspoken then so be it. You won’t tell falsehoods at your leisure tho 🤷🏾‍♀️

I’m putting my two weeks notice in on Tuesday or Friday of next week (my last work day for the week is Tuesday). I’ve had another job lined up since December 2nd. I told our director that he was inept and she’s giving us a new supervisor, but too late. Fuck him.

So, my white, boomer male supervisor insinuated that I was angry yesterday during individual supervision when I stood my ground on something that he was wrong about. I told him that he wasn’t knowledgeable enough to supervise me in my role and he asks repetitive questions that would anger a mute.
