I’ve had night terrors since I was 22 and pregnant with my son. Horror movies triggered them back then. As I grew older and life threw more road blocks at me, stress triggered the terrors. The past 3 years have been terrors free - until last week. I don’t think I’ll sleep well ever again.

As a lifelong hermit and introvert, please don't change yourself just to fit into societal norms. If others are uncomfortable with you - that's on them. I was always the one who tried to fit in, and it just becomes so exhausting. Now I'm freely just me and so much happier!
