This is absolutely my favorite sweater to date. The yarn, colors, and design are all perfect. I usually get bored with slow progress but I stayed engaged through this whole thing.

Hand knit colorwork sweater with blue irises in four rows. In between the rows is more colorwork that looks like the brown dirt they are growing from.
Half way through my last round of Irises. I’m going to try doing both sleeves at once to see if I like it. Can’t wait to wear this!

About 5 inches of my Iris pullover is complete. It shows a row of blue irises with different shades of browns and earth tones to represent the stems and ground. The neckband has been added and it looks soft and cozy.
#wipwednesday Week 1 is complete and I LOVE this pattern. I successfully steeked the neckline and have a few more inches before I finish the armhole steek. The yarns and colors are perfect.
