Today is World Day for Farmed Animals! Don't forget—it's their world, too 💗🐄 Let's make it a kinder one.

Piglet thumping is a widespread practice that kills weak or injured piglets. It’s a brutal method—delivering blunt force trauma to end a life—that comes with a great risk of error and inconsistency. Will you add your name against this practice? thl.link/48932vB
Congratulations on your campaign victory @thehumaneleagueus.bsky.social and all the activists who were involved with securing Subway's new 100% cage-free egg commitment!!
If you turn up for the #FastActionNetwork you occasionally get moments like this! 🌟

Day-old chicks, sorted and thrown into crates like they're nothing more than vegetables.
In the egg industry, the female chicks are debeaked, while male chicks are killed by asphyxiation or maceration since they don't lay eggs.
Animals slaughtered for food are essentially still babies when their lives are brutally ended 💔

These ducks—only 7-8 weeks old—spent their final moments in a frenzy of fear crowded together on the floor of a slaughterhouse.
Europe is leading the charge against cages 💥

Her milk is for her baby. She's a mother, not a piece of equipment.

It sounds too horrible to be true: Weak, sick, or injured piglets are killed by grabbing them by the hind legs and smashing them against concrete walls or floors. This practice is called piglet thumping, and it's legal and widespread on pig farms.
For every cow producing milk, there's a baby that was ripped away from her.
Unwanted calves are shot. Calves that will grow up to be exploited for milk or slaughtered for beef or veal are kept in solitary pens. Many die of neglect.
No grass, no sun, no room to run. Factory farms are hell on Earth for the animals trapped inside them 💔

This massive cattle feedlot in Arizona confines 115,000 cows (!!!) to barren, dirt pens in scorching heat.
Eggs costed this caged hen her life 😞
This week, we gave to the #ShrimpWelfare Project, we shared #FarmKind 's Compassion Calculator, and we did some activism on @thehumaneleagueus.bsky.social 's Fast Action Network 💪 YOU ARE ALL INVITED TO GO #VEGAN2.0 WITH ME! :D
Crammed together with no room to move or rest... Living beings shouldn't be treated this way.
Image: A chicken raised for meat on a factory farm. He or she is missing large amounts of feathers. Text overlay reads: "Everything hurts"
Ammonia from the feces of thousands of chickens stings their eyes and inflames their skin. Their body aches from their muscles growing too big, too fast. Some among them lie dead or dying from the squalid conditions.
