I selected "Full refund to original form of payment" on the American Airlines website when booking my ticket.

American Airlines website says I'll receive a travel credit instead of a full refund to the original form of payment.

American Airlines is so shady.

I specifically chose "Full refund to original form of payment" when buying my ticket. But canceling the ticket says I'll only receive a travel credit. When I called AA the agent had to wait 30+ mins for help desk to "approve" the refund. wtf
