Today @bridgingchange.bsky.social we had a great session speaking about ageing well.
Our communities gave time to share their views about areas of their lives that are impacted as people over 50.
We heard about mental health services in Sussex. We also had a hypertension session
. @NHSSussex officially launch their Independent Youth Panel - an online space designed by young people for young people.
