And by that I mean, we want agencies not to waste money we give them, and by waste we mean not spend, so if something happens and money is leftover, there is no reward for not spending it, and in fact an agency is punished for NOT spending it.
Surf and Turf is what you feed the troops before you give them bad news.
A big huge spending spree in October, that's the same for EVERY government agency, because as far as I know only the DOJ has regulations allowing it to roll over money versus use it or lose it. We get the behaviors we reward.
Sometimes brute force is the correct answer.
Oh, something to listen to in the car today because I am most definitely one of those people.
Yeah man itβs absolutely crazy that when republicans control the chamber, and every republican votes for something, it passes even if all the democrats vote no.

Conservatives long for some real or imagined past, which means they can only look behind them, which is why they'll never take over culture the way they want to. It's also why their parties aren't as fun

So far, it is starting well.
Yep, double BA in English and PoliSci.
"Oh," the emperor of the galaxy said, "what happened to that monkey world?"
"Our agents infiltrated them some eight thousand years ago."
"Have they taken over the world?"

The emperor licked a paw and started washing his ears.
"I'll still count it as one of mine," he purred.

and what we can expect of DHS's mass purchase of warehouses to hold thousands of people each.
Only coop game Iβve truly enjoyed was X-COM for exactly this reason. Every turn was on a timer, and a short one so you didnβt have time to control everyone.
Everything else Iβve spending too much energy trying to self-police.
The president and all his rancid enablers really demand the creation of a new word that means βshocked but not shocked, but still shocked, but also totally NOT shocked, yet somehow still shocked, also always appalled, forever and eternally appalled by the endless abhorrence, and now I scream.β
