This isn’t really news. It’s the media sensationalizing a nothing burger. He was talking to a public group. Anyone that came out of that meeting could have repeated what he said & it wouldn’t have been considered anything that was confidential. As if any sane Canadian didn’t know this already!

So good. Mark Carney would be a great leader/Prime Minister.

Canadian here, they’re both good candidates My personal opinion-Freeland’s close associate with PM Trudeau will be a disadvantage especially with the voters who have spewed hatred & vitriol towards the PM & they’ll be relentless. I think Carney has a better chance to bring back voters to the party.
