Trying to watch this boxing night on Netflix. It's more interesting than I remember. The first fight, kind of meh, but the 2nd card was excellent and valiant. So now we'll see how the women do. I've never seen women fight.

So, let's talk about the election for a minute. I'm terribly disappointed in the results. How can more than half this country prefer a felon and rapist who screwed up COVID (and not incidentally, killed my mother) over an incredibly well-spoken woman of color? Are my fam/neibs really that shallow?
And this technology has to have come from treating soldiers at the front line with sucking chest wounds. It's truly astounding and effective, though quite painful at times.
So to those who went before me, were wounded and saved or killed trying this technique, and help it develop...thank you.
By the time the surgeons were done carving, I had an abdominal wound bigger than a loaf of bread, cut down to muscle and bone. And this is where the vets come in.
They used a tool called a wound vac for my first month of recovery. It provides negative pressure, drains and cleanses the wound.
