POTS /dysautonomia troubles get a lot worse with arms up. I *think* it's blood flow causing it. Certainly many POTSies report getting highest HR from standing with arms up (like brushing hair, trying to lift something up, etc).

This is the reality. Covid can cause blood clots. Why aren’t most of our press talking about this? All they are talking about is the initial infection and NOT the post infection risks. Tired of the gaslighting.

I often stop and think about how we’re letting COVID circulate with very low vax rates (pls get vaxxed if poss), no clean air, no treatment for Long Covid—and public health isn’t even encouraging basic precautions like masking, or warning that Long Covid is a risk. And it makes me very angry tbh.

Imagine having a disease that severely limits your quality of life but no one has heard of it, you can't work or get a benefit, and any help you get at the doctor involves hours of background research and advocating for yourself.
