As a Ma who has a chronic illness I would like to thank the inventor of frozen vegetables and pre-sliced fruit. Some days I can peel and chop and prepare 8 fresh veg for a dinner and other days I'm so wiped some frozen broccoli in the microwave is all I can manage. It's still veg though! All counts!
Spent an hour washing and styling my (long, enormous, bush like) hair then had to go out to the shop. The umbrella IMMEDIATELY broke, I was drenched in 4.2 seconds, all my hard work undone. I only live 600 metres from the shop. Moral of the story: don't wash your hair, just don't bother, ever.
You know when you wear a pair of dark denim jeans and it can leave a blue stain/blue dye on your hands and legs? Well I wore a new black dress Saturday night and the same thing happened except it's now Tuesday I've had SEVERAL showers and scrubbed my hands and I still have black dye on my knuckles.

The demands of life I think? Like, just all day I make the decisions, I look after the house, the child and then it comes to this and I'm just like 'I have to decide when I PEE too?! When does it end?!' And I just can't find the wherewithall to do Yet Another Thing? I DON'T KNOW?!
I get this sitting on the sofa at night and find I just have to get into bed to stop it. Something to do with stretching out the muscles and then the heavier duvet on my legs I think? I also sometimes take a herbal Kalms nighttime tablet to help me sleep and that seems to help too.
No, this is me too. Often not the socks but needing to pee mainly. I'll sit there and sit there BURSTING and just won't go up. Ditto if my arms are cold, for a cardigan, I'll just sit there shivering. It's just the EFFORT OF LIFE!!

Knew a lady few years ago whose child was miserable and kept questioning their gender. Parents so supportive, bought a dress and hair ribbons, almost overnight child stopped wetting the bed, ate and slept better, thrived at school, made friends. Outfit and pronoun change did SO much for that kid.
