Labor has to stand together. The only way we can create something sustainable is if labor is involved the conversation.
The profit motive will always have more representation with workers fragmented.
The current model for game development is no longer sustainable.
A system that banks on the current project earning back its costs and then funding another is precarious at best.
There are existing models we can look to when we're deciding the future of the industry.
