9. Add in the slower cooking vege, bring to boil, simmer for 5 mins

5. Add water, chicken stock and diced tomatoes to pot

6. Transfer soup mix to bigger pot
7. Cover, bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes
8. Prepare vege (I'm using some vege that I had prepped and in the freezer)

2. Add onion to bacon and soften
3. Add herbs, seasonings and tomato paste. Cook until fragrant
4. Add soup mix, coat in flavours
