I agree with all of this, and empathize, but I feel like we owe you a break so you dont need to explain this. I like that you posted it all stream of consciousness (Pretty sure ive never identified with you more).
If i was to compair it to anying, id say the old school lazy suzan cabinets in old houses so you arent just burying old pots and mandolin slicers in the depths
It is not the most efficient space for raw storage, but ennables you to make use of corners with actual access and stuff not dying in the back... they are also a lot more efficient, space wise, than they used to be.
They are called Tumaro's... hopefully, they would be less processed up there, but probably more expensive.
The brand ive been using is way more processed than id like, but they are the cheapest of the "protein enriched" ones, and macros are good... ish.
