After looking into the Mare news further and talking to friends, here's what I know ๐งต:
- MCDFs still work now, but will not once Mare is down due to Brio needing it to load them.
- The Brio dev has stated plans to implement offline MCDF functionality. (Awesome! โค๏ธ)

The way we used to do it before mare, was making small modpacks for friends, make a collection in penumbra and share that way, linked to that specific OC.
That is, ofc, if you wanna still share mods and such with your friends. But yea, back to old school!
