The way I feel when I put this t-shirt on.
I'm transported to standing in front of Christy in a small town niteclub.
In wonder at his voice.
me, in an Aslan t- shirt from many years ago it says ASLAN 'Waiting for this Madness to End' one of their albums
Home and under many blankets and in a very old t-shirt that says
Aslan
'Waiting for this Madness to End'
An album of theirs.
One of my favourite Irish bands.
Saw them live a few times.
Christy Dignam, the lead singer died in 2023 at 63.
Christy had an incredible voice.
Happy International Women's Day
I'll be at Pulse and Pickle for our neurodivergent group meet-up
from 2 pm to 4 pm today
I do not like this gen AI
I do not like what it implies
I do not want it in my art
I do not think it makes you smart
I do not want it in my games
I do not like its goals and aims
I do not want it in my books
I do not like the way it looks
I do not like it, I don't care
I do not want it anywhere
βWinston Churchill did intervene in Iran and we are living with the consequences of that todayβ

Imagine all the cool, fast trains we could have with the billions we spend on bombs.
Twice as many children die in car crashes than from all pediatric cancers combined. This does not count the long term health effects of breathing exhaust, brake and tire particles or the loss of physical activity and independence from living in a world hostile to traveling outside of a car.

Too high.
Too low.
Too early.
Too late.
Too much.
So I hid in the shadows because the light saw my truth.
A small soul with a short shelf life.

Have emailed you
a stony path running alongside small trees at different angles. with long grey beard lichen growing everywhere. really unusual to see so much.
Peaceful wideness.
Pastoral mildness.
Inside a little outcrop of blackthorn trees.
Every branch covered in the healthiest grey lichen we'd ever seen.
Episode 76 - Last fields before the sea (35 mins) > bit.ly/LenLiCn
Recorded in April 2021.
No judgement.
I have a similar room.
Slowly working my way through it.
Ugh.
I tried to post a few cards Internationally at Christmas.
Costs more than the cards.

Damn.
Same, it would be lovely to meet you!
Ah, a most modern fairytale
I discovered Sue Townsend and Adrian Mole at 13 years old.
She was a gifted writer.
I mean, tisn't a ham but I'm moving away from meat and always looking for ways to eat healthier
It tastes good

I roasted a swede whole
Tis delicious.
Olive oil, honey, thyme, dijon mustard
WHAT?
CAR PARKS?!
*screams into the void*
Jesus wept.
I think about Adrian Mole at least once a fortnight.
FECKING MISERABLE
Under three blankets while I wait for my swede to roast, haha

I threw in cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala and a helping of cirio tomato puree.
500ml of water.
Himalayan salt & black pepper.
Slow cook for 5 hours
