Bought it for myself, played through the whole thing. Shit rocks, ending time of 9 hours 11 minutes. Honestly loved the ending, felt like it built to it really well. As a guy who's only played RE7 and half of RE1 and Villiage, I think this rips.

I sometimes worry that too many people think being a good critic means being a self-righteous dick about every little thing and I think far too many miss the point that you can't critique anything if you don't know how to love something.

Truly one of the all timer shit ass awful weeks, but my band has a gig tonight that should kick ass and we're covering a movie I like a lot (The Night House) on the podcast tomorrow, so hopefully we're coming back from the brink.

Also it's got a lot of funny moments that make the scary moments hit harder. Just really like how it feels like a greatest hits reel, but not in a played out way.

New Resident Evil is so gorgeous. Played it with a friend yesterday and it was such a wonderful time, the atmosphere actually felt super consistent throughout. Almost done, I think we just have the final act left? But truly blown away at how well they managed to bridge Leon and Grace's sections
