There's some merit somewhere in riffing off of AAA developers for your own indie projects, and there's also something to hearing pkmn fans' critiques of how the series has developed in a very hollow direction and wanting to repaint that magic-

The first one was in such bad faith & this one's even worse. It even starts with the Breath of the Wild ripoff shot (remember when Genshin recieved all that blowback for doing something similar?). I saw two seconds of "Not Giratina" flying by and saw no point in continuing to look at it.
