A b&w photograph of Castle Arcade in Cardiff which is now a thriving part of the city with bars and restaurants. The picture shows many people sitting within the arcade (glass roof) drinking and spending time with friends. There are people walking through the arcade and I'm behind them heading to a bar. Castle Arcade was built between 1882-1889. It's changed a lot since I was a teenager (not in the 19th century!) There always used to be many quirky shops such as second hand vintage shops, and a shop where a man would ring a bell after you if you didn't buy anything. There was also a popular denim shop called Barkers which is now Barkers coffee and bar.
