Is that a pigeon? If so, I’ve certainly never seen a cooler one!

Do you have a stat for this claim? I lived in Metro Vancouver from 2014 to 2024, and there were a TON of empty condos in the region. Even after the vacant homes tax came in.

This is beautiful and terrifying at the same time. Yikes!
