Also recently been sat down with some friends watching DBZ for the first time and man we have just been blasting through it. Granted it's Kai, but within a month we have already reached the end of the Cell arc. I've always seen bits and pieces but never realized it was this good.

I'm getting closer and closer to finishing Gintama and despite taking a long break around episode 270 damn its still as good as ever. The ability to go from 40 episodes of pure gag comedy episodes to a 10 episode long super serious arc never fails to surprise me.
what you have right now is the Zaku 2. It is piloted by Char Aznable, who is essentially the Darth Vader of the Gundam franchise. There is a running joke that painting it red makes it 10x as fast since it outclasses other Zakus despite looking the same.
