Can you do history generation without simulating some of the historical processes at work?

The focus of "narrative generation" is so often the novel and the focus of that is then the surface text

Doing history generation and seeing other examples, you are kind of stuck creating processes

We may want to see LLMs as a much more pure form of information. But it’s probably a better to think of LLM companies as just another type of media company

As someone with too many degrees for my own good and who has taught writing to students

genuinely the most important thing is just writing a lot, reading a lot, and being reflective on what you experience

there are no shortcuts
