Everybody watch Send Help!!!!!!
Everybody watch Send Help!!!!!!
It’s that time of year when Drosselmeyer hits the griddy
Your hands are covered in little men. And the little men can make you sick if you don’t give them a bath. Sometimes they make other people sick too. Please give the little men a bath! I’m not crazy! Just listen to me! Bathe the little men on your hands! This is real! Get the men wet, you fools!
i think the inability to tell the difference between "i don't like it" and "i don't like it so i have to figure out a way to imply this thing i don't like is morally evil" is the most fundie thing i see people who are aren't technically fundie regularly do these days
Waking up at 5am: 😭😭😭😭😡😡😡🫠🫠
Being awake at 7am: Wow, the world is waking,,,, look at it fill with light, the birds are nesting and the dogs are being walked down quiet foggy roads, I am so lucky to be alive, to exist in this space wow
Grief eventually leads to joy, which you'll know when you've cried so hard your nose makes a noise just like a clown's nose being honked
I cannot BELIEVE I called the fact someone would say Kirk is like Jesus because Jesus died at 33 and Kirk died in his 30s. I go on Reddit and see RFK saying this VERBATIM. Growing up conservative in the Deep South really gave me insight huh lmao. These people are so predictable
HIM is a bloody, stylistic fever dream using football to tell a story of masculinity, age-old violence, religious indoctrination, and ego. Anyway, GO SEE IT.
This is simply untenable. There is no way forward with media and political classes captured by the right. Every time someone commits a crime you have to pray it's not an undesirable or it's purge time, then when it turns out to be themselves again they just shrug and wait for the next one.
rarely have I more acutely felt the dynamic by which Dems are held responsible for the rhetoric of every random left-leaning person on the internet and Republicans are not even asked to answer for their own personal words
You are under no obligation to mourn the death of people who would’ve celebrated yours.
Epstein survivors say they’re compiling their own client list.
“We know who abused us. We saw who came and went. This list will be survivor-led—for survivors”
Last night, I saw To Kill a Wolf with a Q&A by director/writer Kelsey Taylor. It’s full of grief and uncertainty, and complex characters who can really move you. If this comes to your city, enjoy!
Dave Franco is a good actor in that I can see him trying really hard to act every minute I watch him onscreen
This movie… go see it. Funny and charming, and it cut me deep over and over in the best way. I really can’t recommend it enough
Old book covers I made as studies and never posted here, I think.
I LOVE Movie Madness!!
Go see Eddington!!!!!
Ari Aster skewered the left and right, showed how misinformation can drive people to insanity, captured dialogue I‘ve seen in my religious childhood AND progressive adulthood, and made something dark and funny and gripping all at once (and even more relevant now in a violent second Trump term)
28 Years Later captures something so special. It’s atmospheric, terrifying, poignant. I didn’t expect to cry at a zombie movie, but I did. Seriously incredible, could have watched 2 more hours of it
Being a creative right now feels like being attacked with steel rakes every time you open your phone
It’s a terrible bill. It will literally kill people. The most vulnerable among us will suffer as the wealthiest benefit. It’s perverse. I wish there were something I could do. But alas, I am only a U.S. Senator from Alaska whose “no” vote would kill the bill. So I voted yes. You get it.
Seeing the gay cowboy movie in theaters. Not Night at the Museum but the other one
When the king says you can’t sit on his throne when he’s away or you’ll be beheaded or whatever
Go see FRIENDSHIP blind, with a crowd. Stellar!!!!!
One Piece symphony!!! We rep Franky in this household
This is PRECIOUS omg
“spicy” “cinnamon roll” “golden retriever” “romantasy” I’m sorry but when do we think we are being regressive with infantilizing and simplifying and sanitizing parts of fiction, like we are doing church lady shit but slightly different
One thing I wish people understood better is that there's a difference between "the story was predictable" and "the story followed a logical sequence of events based on the characters and situations that were set up previously in the story."
