Removing Bovino, pushing aside Noem and promising cooperation in investigations helps dial down the pressure, but this administration is still culpable for the deaths, injuries and chaos that's been inflicted. They will continue to tear down this republic at any opportunity.

The atmosphere of division stoked by excessive money in politics created the right conditions for a megalomaniac driven by hate and cynicism to capture the presidency -- twice -- and now use that power to attack all perceived enemies foreign and domestic.
But how did we get here?
By allowing unfettered donations into political campaigns. So much money dumped in that it became about more than winning elections. Now we never get a break from politics, we are always kept angry at each other and don't get a chance to work together to solve problems.
The families of Rene Good and Alex Pretti deserve justice and peace.
This country deserves to see both deaths prosecuted inside a courtroom. Yes, impeach Trump and his cronies if at all possible. At the very least elect a Congress that can stand up to him.
The first year of Trump's presidency was testing to see what they could get away with. Now they're done testing and carrying out their plan.
Restating the obvious, Trump's plan has always been to declare an insurrection so he could use the military. He's been goading the people of Minnesota into taking violent action.
