61.6% of UK hospitals provided labour epidural online PEMs. 14.5% (FRES) and 23.2% (FKGL) of texts met target readability in two commonly used readability scores, improving to 24.6% (FRES) and 27.5% (FKGL) after AI-modification. Mean grade decreased significantly, but still didn't meet target levels
