Using an in vivo CRISPR/Cas9-mediated approach, we provide the first dynamic insight of a Vago-like geneβs function during #flavivirus infection of #Aedes #aegypti π¦ . Our findings suggest that VLG-1 supports #DENV and #ZIKV virus by promoting its dissemination throughout the mosquitoβs body. π€―
