- An angel tending to a dying old man

- The grim reaper - scythe over their left shoulder - holding the body of a child. He is looking back over his shoulder and seems to be looking directly at the person holding the note (or looking at the screen in this instance).

The back is artwork by graphic designers Pierre Gauchat and Hermann Eidenbenz depicting a danse macabre, a form of memento mori reminding people of the inevitability of death regardless of their standing.
