Rep. Ousley tried to increase SPED funding twice tonight: #1 would have gotten us to 70%, #2 would keep us at 67%. I supported both.

Mr. Speaker, I vote no on the override of SB 244. A few years ago, I was asked by kids in a Cub Scout pack what I don’t like about being a legislator. I told them it was days like today when we attack people who are just trying to be themselves. 1/2 #ksleg
