I also say this because if you organize your topics accordingly, you won’t feel you jumped around too much or gave topics more attention than others etc. It’s one of the big reasons some feel speaking to their therapist isn’t helping. You determine the importance for yourself.

I’d honestly prepare to talk about you as a whole first before considering the here and now. That seems to be a theme with any therapists I had since they need to know you first. I’d make note of anything major effecting you and mention those, but don’t feel it’ll get a lot of time.
