The biggest victory this year is how DIFFERENT I felt on Friday and Sunday than I usually do nowadays. The irritability and anxiety and sadness aren’t my norm anymore. I also had an enormous breakthrough about my intuition and the way I sense others’ emotions. So much weight has been lifted off me!

9yo turns ten on Thursday 😱😭🥹 and I’ve got a big traumaversary on Friday. This week is always a tricky balance between celebrating my sweet boy and being gentle with myself if my body is more limited than I’d like.
