This is a complex with an easy answer. As a leader you can't force collegial relationships, but you can foster collaboration, encourage open communication and strong mentorship, allowing teachers time to talk, plan, play and collaborate without pressure of a measurable output #EDuSkyAU

In my experience trust doesn't come easy to some students, as a teacher you need to make the effort to earn trust. Follow up on things you say you will do, be consistent, actively listen be genuine as students especially in high school can see threw tokenism or falsehoods, be yourself ... #EduSkyAU
