It’s my favorite! I use hot honey, dijon, olive oil and vinegar.

My plate with leafy greens, carrots, pickled banana peppers, olives, avocado, mozzarella, cucumber, tomato’s and hard boiled eggs.

Dinner tonight is a chopped garden salad with hard boiled eggs, avocado and fresh mozzarella dressed with hot honey mustard dressing, parmesan and seasoned breadcrumbs. 😍🍽️🍜

Cleaned the house today. Being an adult is such a scam. Just never ending cleaning and laundry… But also put out some spring decorations. Look how cute. 🥰

Decided meatballs tonight and they turned out so good!. Meatballs have lentils, quinoa, roasted veggies (carrot, celery,peppers, onions & garlic), breadcrumbs, harissa, soy sauce, dill, parsley & cracked pepper. Tossed in a mix of harissa, honey, and feta 😍🍜🍽️

Dinner tonight is a creamy pasta with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. The sauce base is silken tofu with a little Parmesan, nutritional yeast, milk, and garlic. Served w/ garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette and homemade croutons 🥰🍽️🍜
