Of course 2026 would have back-to-back Friday the 13ths.
The last one really blew and today isn't much better so far and it's not even 4am yet
I missed it. Poker game flashback?
I'd vote for that
Community organizing procedural
I'm a little too young for those. My dad had one and I think my older brother may have had one briefly but he's almost 5 years older than me. By the time I hit middle school pagers were pretty much on the way out. But yeah totally forgot about having to have two different phone carriers for landline
I had calling card by 6th/7th grade for "emergencies only" then in 10/11th grade I got a cellphone that was for "emergencies" before 7pm and after 7 I could use it all I wanted. I feel like the concept of daytime minutes is way more obscure today than payphones.
I've fought off watching CIA even though I loved Tom Ellis in Lucifer because any intelligence agency Copaganda is a bridge way too far.
We need exciting non police/non medical (too jargony for many) procedurals to take their place.
Maybe a car mechanic procedural?
IDK
Procedurals, police or not, will always appeal to the lowest common dominator because they're exciting and dramatic but also formulaic and full of exposition so they don't have to think about what they're watching. I'd be lying if I said some of them aren't my guilty pleasures
Or you could be Tom Bombadil
I think Sidney Crosby should take exception to someone else trying to declare themselves the Maxx Crosby because if it's not him who is it?
This meme isn't supposed to be for simply "hot takes", it's for deep, profound truths that society chooses to ignore and for that reason it's way overused/misused
Busier bar night than New Year's though
The irony is Kobe would absolutely hate this take
There is no football
There is only the Warpath
Did you ask them to change it back?
๐ถ OK SOOOO WHO DOESN'T HAVE A CELLPHONE?????๐ถ
Personally as someone who commutes to/from Lancaster I'd love to see them revamp Bailey. That's probably more crucial and probably way less likely.
I was not aware that was a thing. I don't know how you even revamp Hopkins, it feels so tight
Even when they're good the Sabres still love giving up milestone goals against
Should we start putting stickers on gas pumps?
Didn't they also then shame her for it for "cheating" on her boyfriend?
It's the version currently on Disney+
I think some stuff was added back in for the 2001 dvd release but it's different than the 1999 theatrical release or the VHS which I owned. It didn't have the part in the podrace where he was spinning out of control with one engine attached
It's typically the second and it all boils down to privilege. Easy to be oblivious when you work from home in your gated community in your affluent suburb that you never leave because it's too scary
