It absolutely can be! I think it's referred to as Internal family systems therapy but the simplified idea is personifying aspects or parts of yourself and learning to understand and love/respect each part.
A lot of my characters were made to deal with different parts of myself.

I feel like I've seen a rise of situations where an individual's life was negatively affected because external entities such as a PC repair shop, government agency, family, or even other community members gained access to personal information through one's phone, PC, or social media accounts.
I may go into this in more depth later but seriously, we need to be mindful of what information we give away and allow others access to.
While parts of our communities are growing to be more accepting and understanding, the same can't be said about the platforms we use or society we're in.

I love the game and wouldn't have minded picking up some scented candles... but we're talking $120 USD for 3, 10oz candles. $40 for a 10oz candle is pretty crazy considering you can get a 9oz candle from them for $24... or a 22oz candle from Yankee Candle for $34....
Hah! The Valheim scented candle set priced at $120 USD were so poorly received, they removed all the reviews outside of two obvious bots and pulled them from the market. XP
I've encountered this kind of insecurity a lot lately and feel I should start making more of an effort to confront it. If you're wrong, it's ok. Just admit it. People won't think less of you for it and if they do, they're not the kind of people you should be surrounding yourself with to begin with.
At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter that they were wrong. The thing that matters to me is the fact people would rather choose to spread misinformation than accept that they could be wrong, even when consequences of admitting being wrong are negligible or even beneficial to them.
Instead of acknowledging this obvious fault in their assertion, they instead said 'Trust me bro, I did a lot of research and other people agreed with me.' while providing no actual evidence to support their claim.
Considering that Gridiron Football (American Football) is based on both England's Rugby Football and Association Football (Soccer), logic dictates that the US wasn't first on that one; that's ignoring the fact there were multiple games of Football played in England during the Middle Ages...
It always amazes me how much people will simply refuse to say 'I was wrong'. :P
Had an interesting conversation on whether American Football being called Football predated European's using the term Football. This person insisted that the American's use of Football came first...
Your expressive art is some of my favorite! You're really good at capturing emotions and feelings and honestly, I like seeing art that's not always happy. It's one of the reasons why I asked for angry eyes on my fursuit. There's other emotions besides happy and it's important they're expressed too!

You can still have a good time at the convention, just gotta find activities to do that won't put stress on your achilles and keep you off your feet. If walking's too difficult though, I wouldn't push it. :(

There's a number of friends I'd love to have a sorta book/art/photo club with but I'm struggling to find the platform that makes sense to do it on. Discord's probably the most promising option but I've already had to cut out 40+ Discord channels I was inactive on... Would rather not make another...
Working with or along others that I'm comfortable with is rewarding regardless of whether or not I finish something. I could get entirely distracted but get to indulge in sharing ideas and passions which can be inspiring in and of itself.
I need to find ways of doing creative things with people again. On my own, I've been struggling to be productive or feel motivated to do anything lately. I think it's because the 'reward' or 'payoff' of my work only comes once I've finished something... which makes starting even more stressful.
I can relate to that, been having a similar struggle. It's taken me 4+ hours just to get one thing sketched lately. Are you feeling like what your drawing just isn't living up to your normal standards or is there something else?
I got overwhelmed in the past when I tried, but Tweetdeck (back when Twitter wasn't garbage) made managing multiple accounts possible! I just haven't found any replacement for it sadly.
I guess this mainly comes from feeling that I have so many interests and talents, I hate to only ever showcase or feel obligated to do one of them.
And yes, I did make that pun in the previous post.
Sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't have separate accounts for things like photography and music. On one hand it makes sense because people who come for my art are less interested in those things...
On the other hand, I'd then have multiple social media accounts to manage... :P

Yeah, pretty much the same reason why I didn't bring Luthor the last time I was at FC. I didn't like the idea of wearing or lugging my suit 5 blocks away... and figuring out the logistics of getting a shower/storing him at someone else's room was troublesome.

Honestly, it's pretty darn hot. It's the kind of heat that leaves your mouth tingly and numb... No hiccups from me though. Flavor-wise, it's not my favorite. A bit vinegary, bitter, and lemony
