I’m excited to get more energy to start exercising more and have less pain on my joints. That’s been a big hindrance for me losing weight up until now. I am on an RX specifically used for weight loss, that has been a game changer

Personal win of the day:
Weight loss journey - since maxing out over 330lbs, and multiple health scares last year, this year I have gone from over 330 to 307 as of this morning. 23lbs just gone in a month. I know it won’t be typical, but I feel good. About myself, about my health.
