I dunno, its stupid, but its the only fact I have to justify them distancing themselves. But... Its just an YCH. I dunno... How could someone get angry with that?
Been three months since then and I still wonder what I did wrong. The only thing I can think of is we were both bidding for an YCH and I AB'd. But if that's the case... Thats absurd! They could have reached out to me to clarify they wanted the YCH or something. And even that, its just a drawing.
If you truly want to put someone in your past and they didnt do anything tangibly bad at you, at least give them some closure so that they can move on easier.
Is It so hard to just have a brief but clarifying conversation as adults and wish the other well?
