Claude Code's PR review tool is a giant PITA, if you care about granular permissions at all. Hell if I'm going to give CC carte blanche for any git commands it wants. Two decades in and I'm still finding new, powerful, crazy git commands.

A mockup of the Blades '69 book where the 69 has been crossed out and replaced with 69 in bright purple. Below that, the bio for April Kit Walsh which reads: April Kit Walsh writes games about feelings, vulnerability, and caring for one another, including Thirsty Sword Lesbians and End of the Line. She used to be a swordfighting ballerina, but claims those days are behind her; she has absolutely no idea who that masked heroine with the sword and the tutu might be. When not writing RPGs, April is a civil liberties attorney working to protect the rights of criminal defendants, activists, journalists, and everyone else impacted by the technologies of control or empowerment. Next to the bio, the description for the $420k stretch goal: Blades '69: The Sexual Revolution The 1960s were a time when the counterculture challenged establishment norms around sex, love, family, and a person's right to choose what happens to their own body. How does this conflict manifest in Doskvol? How does the Consensus exercise control through these dimensions of human experience, and what struggles and delightful deviancies does your group want to explore? Blades '69 is a combination of a worldbuilding exercise and safety tool to help you bring themes of both real-world and fantastical sexual liberation to your game.
yeah yeah we saw all you sly posters going "Blades '68? ...just ONE off."
Well we're not COWARDS. Challenge accepted!
At $420k we'll commission April Kit Walsh (designer of Thirsty Sword Lesbians) to write up... Blades '69

Fantastic breakdown of Tactical Breach Wizards' AI! We have a similar approach for Lancer Tactics of having the "brains in the grenades", but this also showcases a clearheaded priority approach that solves for too many weights causing an AI to do crazy things.
Wish I'd seen this three years ago lol

Data is correct, causal agency is (IMO) incorrect.
The vast majority of ppl who use AI to make images and video have never touched and would never touch Photoshop/AfterEffects/Illustrator/etc. The issue is Adobe trying to squeeze its users with subscriptions, and other customer-hostile behavior.
a text post that says: I installed switches on my car's dash that don't do anything. When someone gets in my car I look them in the eye, say "buckle up," and start flipping switches in what appears to be a purposeful order. Then I'll drive like a grandma while refusing to answer any questions about the switches over a picture of a bank of 6 toggle switches with safety covers over a manual shifter in a car

When Rob Reiner was on his all-time epic run at the start of his career, he had an opportunity to read a script that was looking for a production partner, and he lost his mind for it. He decided Castle Rock had to have it, no matter what.

"The outline shader does whats on the tin. The cel-shader turns gradient shading into step based shading. They are typically both post process shaders."
I'll post other info if I get it, or contact info for people that are interested in discussing.
From a Boston-area indie game dev slack I'm on:
"I don't know the Godot particular workflow, but these trees are essentially a blob shaped mesh for the foliage which has a outline shader and a cel-shading shader applied."
Robert Jackon Bennett's writing is 🤌🤌🤌. The Tainted Cup is brilliant, and I even more love his Founders trilogy.
