This is what I would suggest, putting a marker every 10 rows for example, so you know the first sock is the right length if they're for someone else, or to make sure they both match. Same with sleeves.
The cuff of a hand knit sock, multi coloured and with some stripes appearing
Trying to knit some ugly socks but I kind of love how they're coming out... π§Άβ€οΈ
Fixed it thanks!
That just takes you to your notifications feed? I want to stop it from sending me a notification on my luck screen every time anyone says anything
Can anyone tell me how to stop push notifications?
I think something weird happened with the algorithm, because all of a sudden all these weird and wonderful patterns appeared on the 'hot right now' ππ
Suddenly a few weeks back it seemed that this pattern got really popular on Ravelry, there were so many (intentionally) hideous versions it was wonderful, i would recommend going and having a browse
A handknit shawl draped over a fence. There are gold rays spreading out from the corner over a lilac background, reaching down to a wavy turquoise panel along one edge
For #showmeyourknits i had quite a choice, I've knit a fair few shawls, but I thought I'd go back to an oldie. This is the doodler by Stephen West. The gauge is too tight so it came out far too small, but I've been considering re-knitting it recently. www.ravelry.com/projects/kat...
Brown cross stitching on natural linen fabric, it's impossible to tell what it's going to be at this point...
Little bit of cross stitch by the fire
Thanks! It's super lovely, as you say it's good to support designers
Thanks for sharing. The pattern seems quite expensive - obviously your finished item is beautiful but was the pattern itself worth the price tag?
A brown chicken with white speckles on her neck is having a snooze by faceplanting the ground
It doesn't look comfortable but it's how she likes to nap. Eggy Mitchell is one of a kind #birdsky #backyardchickens
Really enjoying the number of users I'm finding with fibre and chickens and no fundamentalist undertones (fundertones) π§Ά
As far as I can tell the alt text works and you can see it as long as you click on the photo, so you'd have to interrupt scrolling to check it but that actually might be a nice way of laying it out
Maybe using a sub-tweet to add pattern info below as well as using the alt text?
Was there any context? Was he just showing off?
Isn't it adorable? It was a Christmas gift so I don't know where it was from unfortunately
He's so handsome β€οΈ what deep thoughts is he hiding in those cheeks
Work in progress of a vest made from horizontal stripes of liberty fabric, laid out un-aesthetically on the floor
Am i too late to jump on the quilted vest trend?! I've been sitting on these liberty offcuts for years, knowing exactly what I want to use them for but lacking the energy to get going... But now we're off and I love how it's looking β€οΈπ§Άπͺ‘π§΅β€οΈ
Hennifer the rescue chicken looking at a colourful sign which reads 'welcome to our coop'
First post! Had to be the #girlboss Hennifer, inspecting the new coop sign ππ #birdsky #backyardchickens
