Im seeing the w,s,e,o letters are more harsh and bold, and the t,h,i letters are faded.

I like without the lights! Butttt, with lights actually rendered itd be really pretty! Though I dont think having that much detailed light in one spot would be good for the composition.
Perhaps find some way to incorperate a more balanced way to add pretty holiday light?
