I’m the son of a custodian. My dad worked long hours, starting before the sun came up & finishing after everyone else had gone home.
Custodians do more than clean. They create safe, welcoming environments. They show up, day after day, with resilience & grace.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add a good amount of ice, and shake vigorously. “Dirty dump” or strain over a (optional) salt-rimmed glass of your choice over additional/fresh ice. Garnish with lime or another citrus wedge/wheel.
