I got my first piece (31/2 qt buffet casserole, citrus) back in 2001 when I worked for Le Creuset at the outlet store on King St. In Charleston, SC. 25 yrs later, I own a healthy amount of it in all colors.

New Mexican pinto beans and red chile!! Picked up the red chile powder the last time I was in Dixon, NM. Yum!
