Been gone for a while. Will continue to be gone a while. Went back stateside recently and watched one of my oldest and best friends waste away and die because he couldn't afford insulin under different policy. People ask why I am radical, and it's this. Rest in peace, Bobby. I love you.

This week, I walked 77km. I had to take a rest week from running and strength training, but I'm ready to start back up again tomorrow. People have started noticing my weight loss and muscle gain, and that feels pretty good.

This week, I walked 76 km, and ran 9km. I am up to over 80 pushups and squats per workout day. Getting better. My doctor says that the improvement in my blood tests is great, which is nice.

This week I walked 76km, ran 9km, and I am at 50 push ups and squats, and two minute planks per day. My most recent weigh in was 94.8kg. My current goal is to be able to do 100 pushups and squats, 3 minute planks, and run 5km, by August.

I have gained 3cm to my biceps and chest, and lost 6cm from my waist.

I forgot to do my count last week, but here goes.

Last week, I walked 68km, ran 6km, and increased my pushups and squats to 25 per day.

This week, I walked 64km, ran 9km, increased pushups to 35 per day, and squats to 40 per day.

Today's weigh in is at 98kg, down from 104 kg one month ago.

This week was 92km. From Monday, we're adding running and strength training.

I've been gone from here for a bit. Been going through some slightly bad health stuff. A big part of that is being out of shape. I have been living like I am a good ten years younger than I am, and that has to stop. So I am going to post daily to keep myself accountable.

I have kind of been hoping that it was about the time for companies to start looking into expanding IPs from the PS2 era. I imagine there are plenty like me that would love to see stuff they grew up with have a new life. It might not be a huge market share, but 30 something nostalgia is there.

I found a very unfortunately named frozen yogurt shop during my last visit to America.

I have friends who say their businesses have already started to feel the effects of the trump presidency. Not even companies. Just local businesses that use imported products, and are starting to have trouble sourcing them.

It's not about funding to them. It is about harming anyone that disagrees with them. The funding is secondary to the cause of malice.

Oklahoma is 48th in education. They aren't seeing right through anything.

That bit actually concerned me. Politics aside, I taught kindergarten for 7 years. That behavior tells me that something is potentially wrong. I won't speculate, though. There is not enough info from the video to know for sure, nor what or why, but it certainly raises some red flags.
