So this season had a new writing team at the helm, and this season was very much a growing pain for them. The main narrative is unfocused, and there are some plot threads that end up unresolved, such as Bane's romantic interest in Nora.

At first, a new Lego Lightning McQueen seemed like a very out of left field choice.
It was only after I saw an early look at the Cars 20th Anniversary logo that I realized this choice was anything but.

Kamen Rider Vram: Route Stomach (2025)
An interesting little What If? scenario where Lakia learns the identity of Comel's killer sooner. Jelly Custom Noir is a pretty cool form, and I loved the fight it had. And Lakia's insert during the credits was just perfect.
Revenger (2023)
This show had me hooked from the start with its premise, as well as its main character. The Revengers' methods of killing their targets are very unique and also quite graphic. I love then inclusion of the opium trade as a plot point, and the finale was very bittersweet.

Lego DreamZZZ - Night of the Never Witch (2024)
This season was a massive step-up from the first, both halves being better than each half of the first season. The Never Witch was a great villain, and the finale rounded up everything really well in all honesty. The character arcs were good here too!
A Man Called Otto (2022)
Really lovely film in all honesty. Enjoyed both the story and characters, especially Otto's softening up throughout the course of it. Had been meaning to watch this for a couple years now and it was well-worth the watch, I would highly recommend it if you haven't seen it.
Kamen Rider Gavv: Guilty Parfait (2025)
Honestly a perfect final ending - the theme of ending cycles was really perfected here, definitely one of my top 3 Reiwa V-Cinemas. Parfait Mode is an absolute boss extra final form for Hanto, looked amazing and had a great fight too. Gonna miss this crew...

Ultraman Omega (2025)
Finally got around to finishing this. The first episode was alright, but after that, my enjoyment of the show increased exponentially. I love the main cast of this season, Sorato especially, and the new kaiju were awesome, especially Eldeghimera and Gairyuga.

What an incredible game, a very strong second entry in the Legends series! A Mega Evolution-centric story for a Kalos sequel was everything I could've asked for, and the characters were the best I've ever seen for this franchise; they helped the city feel very lived in!
Kamen Rider Eins with Girls Remix (2026)
Easily the best iteration of Girls Remix since the original 4 years ago! Bringing together everything from the last two parts really well with great action and the debut of Kamen Rider Eins...such a good suit, one of the best amongst female Kamen Riders!

While I do think some of the ideas this show had, such as the Universe Warriors, were better executed than others, I still had a lot of fun watching this show, even after what happened behind the scenes.
Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle (2020)
I love how the princess' main goal is to just keep finding ways to get a good night's sleep, and how funny the show is as a result. The demons are fun characters as well, and many laughs were as they kept having to deal with the princess' bullshit.

Lego DreamZZZ - Trials of the Dream Chasers (2023)
Definitely went against my expectations, but neither in a completely good or bad way. The second half I felt was better than the first half, but the finale was...unpolished. Had some good ideas but needed more time. Liked the cast though for sure!
