Is it just me, or do the Illithid powers in #bg3 suck? I think they were disappointing.

Is anyone else getting this distortion in #BG3?

Do other #ttrpg designers feel that combat is the most difficult part to design? It's so frustrating, because there are so many other areas I want to develop. Combat has been eating up all the time.

I just ran solo survival on #BO7 zombies. I got to level 16 with just the knife! It was awesome. I almost killed the bear before I died! That fucker was at quarter health. Lol

I just had to tell my group we are taking a small break. They were really good about it.

Don't feel bad. That is not in your control. It's also more important than a game.

My game will carry heavy themes of rebellion and anti-fascism when complete!

All you can do is try. It will probably go better than you think.

Here is another character I made with my own system. A key change in the process is that I made weapon types skills. Previously, combat was summed up with two skills.

Since #BO7 season 1 came out, my game has been too laggy to play. I've tried lowering settings, but it's not enough. I'm not sure what to do. (I'm on #PC)

This is a character I made in my own #ttrpg called #Earth7Million! Gable is an Orc who was a soldier in the Imperial Roman Army and defected to the resistance.

Characters in E7 are about conflict and complication in a world of oppression. Adventuring is a streaming sport to placate the people.

As someone else said, picking the edition you play is the first step. The 5th edition is relatively new and has a beautiful book. But you may want to choose by what edition your friends play (or who is introducing you to the game). A lot of people online do play 5th edition though.
