Decided that the Fall Harvest pattern by Maker’s Mercantile Design Team is a good busy work project. I have a bunch of yarn that can work and I need something to do with my hands as the cold season approaches to stop them from cramping. Who knows, maybe I’ll even sell the extra 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🧶

The place I get my ice cream from changed the recipe to my favorite one 😭 Their dark raspberry truffle used to have truffles with a jelly raspberry filling but now it’s just a simple chocolate truffle all the way through… Such a small thing but a very sad discovery when I opened my quart

All advice is welcome ☺️ I’m a baby knitter but an experienced crocheter so I have a little bit of knowledge that transfers over 😅 I need to get a swift, I love sock weight yarn but winding a cake from a hank is so annoying 🥲

It took me 3-4 days to get 7 and 3/4ths inch of stockinet but I should be faster this time 💪

Had to frog the Oslo Hat by Petite Knit 🧶 I did the wrong cast on so I was having a hard time knitting the brim together 🥲

Finally done!! I had a lot of fun with this pattern and I learned a lot, how to work in the round, K2tog, P2tog, and how DPNs work! All in all I had a great time knitting 🧶 this ☺️

I don’t think I’m at the point in my knitting journey where I will understand dpns yet 😅 I’m enjoying the experience of this pattern though, 5 hours seemed to breeze by!

Thank you so much for the encouragement!! I made a small swatch to try cables because I was curious and I also didn’t have dpns so I used a metal chopstick 🤣

I started my first ✨ Official ✨ knit 🧶 project!!! It’s the Boyfriend Hat by Stephanie Knits!!! I had to go to 3 different stores to get the circular needles I needed 🫠 but honestly? It’s worth it
