I think the problem is that white people really don’t notice when a space is full of white people. Not from anything consciously malicious, but because that’s normal for y’all. But it’s so weird. So, so, so weird. You should know that and feel bothered by it.

Afaic, this isn't the devs' fault at all. I've been a dev on a solo team. I know what that's like. And I know y'all are working your asses off.

But management needs to do some damage control immediately.

I am begging this team to hire an experienced trust and safety lead, and team, right now.

I have been in gaming for decades. This is a known problem set. This is NOT the answer. We have literal giants of this space on this platform telling them that this isn't the answer. They just need to listen.
